they re sure both manafort and gates will come back to trial. other than this restriction that everyone agreed to the judge and prosecution, there would be no travel abroad. passports remain forfeited. seems likely manafort and gates to have the travel restrictions lifted or loosened within the next couple days. after both sets of lawyers get sort of a next round of paperwork done, ali. this is an act of negotiation you just about terms of the bail basically? reporter: right. in this case. the judge said the next hearing for december 11th, a few weeks away. at that point we ll see a little more negotiations about the actual evidence. the judge said that the prosecution and defense teams had been engaged in negotiations and should continue to about discovery. each side sharing what they have. i think by december we ll start to hear from the defense saying certainly pieces of evidence they d like to see excluded. certain things thrown out as we move towards what sounds like now might
