Situation. When the two officers arrived and went inside that upstairs apartment a neighbor tells me its torres attacked the officers when they went to help his elderly mother. He sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. Reporter theyre saying torres was schizophrenic. He was getting overwhelmed taking care of her as he got older. I heard three shots.
