Bay of Plenty Times By: Megan Wilson A 90-year-old Greerton resident says she will keep paying for her private bin collection even after the council s new ratepayer-funded kerbside rubbish collection begins. The rollout of the new bin fleet - three large bins and a small one for food scraps - is under way ahead of the July 1 start of the new service, but some residents are less than impressed with the new arrivals.
