In the circumstances, we had no proper basis for saying that either Mena or Doctor Allen had any stake in the company R.S.L., would benefit in any way from any Commerce Bight project, or that Mena owned any land in Commerce Bight by which he would benefit by way of any electricity project.  We acknowledge that the story may have damaged both Frank ‘Papa’ Mena’s and Doctor Peter Allen’s reputation and caused them humiliation
