May 7, 2021 Berlin’s chief executive Paolo Recrosio Hybrid packaging supplier Berlin Packaging has acquired Raepak, a UK-based producer of plastics packaging for the cosmetics and personal care end-markets. Raepak offers a wide variety of pumps, sprayers, dispensers, airless bottles, tubes, roll-on bottles, and other packaging containers and closures for the beauty industry. The purchase of Raepak, Berlin’s 14 th acquisition in Europe and the UK since 2016, will enable the company to further extend its offering in the cosmetics and personal care sectors, said Berlin’s chief executive Paolo Recrosio. “Raepak has experienced incredible growth over the last several years,” said Andrew Paterson, managing director of Raepak.
