SUNDAY PUZZLE We have had a long run of excellent and tricky themeless weekend puzzles from Paolo Pasco, so when I saw his name today, I anticipated a lot of complexity and intrigue. This is unacceptable: Mr. Pasco is practically out of college (a junior at Harvard, majoring in computer science), and should have ramped up his construction pace by now.
