So what we are, and what we have decided to do is to run the plenary more as a round table, and the moderated conversation about the issues with the great migration, and i wanted to introduce our panelists, and give them an opportunity to speak for a few minutes as far as their own work and perceptions and ideas about the great migration, and then move on to the question and answer followed by a discussion with us, and followed by a question and answer session with the audience. Our mandate is to advise the secretary of defense on investigation, prosecution of allegations of Sexual Assault and other Sexual Misconduct involving members of the armed forces.
