Putnam County Common Pleas Court A Kenton woman and Mount Victory man were indicted this week by the Putnam County Grand Jury regarding a high-speed chase with local police June 10. Michael J. Moore, 29, 125½ S. Wheeler St., Mount Victory, was indicted on failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and abduction. Erin L. Douglas, 30, 137 E. Espy St., Kenton, was indicted on complicity, two counts. According to a report from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, at 11:48 p.m. June 10, the Ottawa Police Department attempted to stop a 1995 Cadillac El Dorado driven by Moore, who failed to comply with the lawful order and fled the scene at a high rate of speed.
