Of fog. You said it was a nightmare. It was soupy. Thats what i was thinking. I was thinking of rosemary driving in white knuckled and worried because it was so thick. Yeah. For most of us we got rid of the low cloud deck but like you said now we have patchy dense fog. I think we will have it through midmorning. A live look into san rafael. Its really over parts of the north bay as well as the east bay where the fog is. Its thick lets take a look at where visibility is low for some. In and around santa rosa as well as stretching in to napa. Napa has improved over the last couple of minutes but the darker gray indicating visibility down to a quarter mile. From santa rosa in you will find some of this. Fairfield and concord now reporting visibilities about four miles over parts of oakland and San Francisco doing okay. Mechanism or the mail carrier would not deliver to their home. There are certain requirements that are needed to be met in order for these lockboxes to be installed. Reporter we met up with a u. S. Postal inspector today. Jeff fitchs office is a Law Enforcement branch of the postal service. A postal inspector opened an investigation into the evergreen mail thefts after our phone call. Postal inspectors that are assigned to our san jose Mail Theft Team are looking into this. Reporter he asks people to file mail theft reports online or via their 24hour hotline. Neighbors in evergreen say they gave inspectors this Surveillance Video footage and the license plate number of the suspects van. The inspectors vow to go after every mail thief.
