Pampa police are investigating after a person was found dead in a residence Sunday morning.
According to a post on social media by the city of Pampa, This morning at 6:45 a.m., Pampa Police Department responded to the 1000 block of East Foster on a 911 open line call. Upon arrival, officers made entry into the residence. Once inside the residence, one person was found deceased with an apparent gunshot wound. Another subject was found in the residence, later identified as, Matthew Bolch, age 39 of Pampa.
After an investigation of the scene, Bolch was arrested on charges of interference with the duty of a peace officer, resisting arrest and first degree murder.
