A Batavia man whose girlfriend died when his trike motorcycle crashed last year is suing Harley Davidson, a Batavia Harley dealer, and the company that made the traction control software.
Harold Morris bought the new trike in December 2018.
He says it suddenly swerved off the road last year, hit an embankment and overturned killing Pamela SinClair of Caledonia.
It was the second time it had swerved and the first after recall work was done on the traction contral software for a known swerving issue.
The dealer says it stands by its service and won t try the case in the media.
