they found information in his home that linked him to homicides. during that arrest investigators found items by him that implicated him in multiple murders of young women. reporter: the first link was to roxine described as an 18- year-old from oakland whose body was found in the bushes alongy francis drake boulevard in fairfax in 1977. she had been suffocated. early in the investigation she had been linked to an east bay pimp. evidence in the case was accidentally destroyed and the suspect was set free. uma county authorities then connected him to the death of pamela parsons and tracy tofoya found in 1993 and 1994. and they identified him as carmen cologne s killer in 1988. they would not answer any questions. however, in nevada investigators say they have launched a task force to look into other cold cases. nevada authorities say nosa was a professional photographer who traveled the country for work. this is an ongoing investigation. and to invite questioning at th
