Early voting in Illinois has been underway at each county s election office for about a month, but locally, it appears most offices have not seen much action. The common thought remains that this election will not see nearly as big a turnout as the Presidential Election last November.
Jersey County Clerk Pam Warford tells The Big Z her office has not seen many early voters.

She says the Grafton Mayor’s race might be one of the more active on election day. Early voting is available through April 5. Election Day is Tuesday, April 6.

Early voting in Illinois has been underway at each county s election office in the form of voting at your county clerk’s office or requesting a vote-by-mail ballot for a little more than a week. Some counties will roll out off-site voting later this month, but the common thought is that this election will not see nearly as big a turnout as the Presidential Election last November.
