Manassas residents are determined to get the City Council to take another vote on its position on the U.S. flag.
Last fall, Gregg Neiss, a former Marine, hung flags along his street, Clover Hill Road. It was a way to help cheer up his neighbors during the coronavirus pandemic, he told Potomac Local News.
However, the city told him to take them down because he didn’t have permission to hang them up.
