An outdoor blessing of the branches for Palm Sunday returns to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels today after two years of doing it indoors or virtually due to COVID-19.
The scaffolding came down and the drop cloths were removed just in time for parishioners to mark Palm Sunday Masses April 10 at the 177-year old church with its fresh paint amid an ongoing restoration.
