A technology that has debuted at a Whole Foods store in America allows you to pay for your groceries by palm-scanning.

Imagine a world where you could pay for your shopping with a swipe of a hand? Well, there s no need to imagine any longer, as this technology has arrived and is active in Seattle, USA.
Shoppers just have to place their palms over a scanning device, called Amazon One, and payment is received.

The technology is already in use in about a dozen Amazon stores and made its debut at a Whole Foods store this week. First-time shoppers use a kiosk to link their palm print to a credit card. This new tech will roll out into seven other stores in the States in the coming months.
