Nur Hidayati Razali, 31, said she decided to purchase a unit at Tower B due to the condominium’s location near the Pan Borneo Highway.
“In a few years’ time, this area will certainly flourish because of the Pan Borneo Highway.
“There are more and more new housing estates and shoplots in this area, and I believe Kinarut will be a populated residential area in the future,” she said
Buyers of The Palm Condominium Tower B in Kinarut, near here, will be able to move into their new homes as early as June, this year.
WSG Group Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said Tower B has reached 85 per cent completion and is expected to obtain the Occupancy Certificate (OC) in June.
She said the company managed to avoid delays in construction despite the Covid-19 lockdown.
“We sped up the construction of Tower B, which enabled us to complete the project six months ahead of schedule,” she said
