Share Updated: 5:30 PM EDT Jul 25, 2021 WPBF.com Web Staff WPBF.com Web staff A Jacksonville resident died after a personal watercraft accident at the Palm Beach Inlet Saturday morning around 10:33 a.m.According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Dr. Leon Keroy Haley, 56, was operating a 2021 10’ Yamaha PWC and was ejected after he crashed.Haley was found wearing a life jacket and had serious injuries. He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach, where he succumbed to his injuries.Haley was the CEO of UF Health Jacksonville.
