Following the death of industrialist and former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry in a road accident near Mumbai, the Kasa police on Saturday registered a case against co-passenger Anahita Pandole who was driving during the accident.
Following the death of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry, Kasa police have filed a case against Dr Anahita Pandole for causing death by negligence, rash driving, and other charges reports ANI.
Anahita was driving the car when the accident occurred. Palghar SP Balasaheb Patil said that the case has been filed after the police recorded her husband Darius Pandole's statement.
