General Motors has issued a customer satisfaction campaign to reimburse 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 buyers who were accidentally double-charged for optional 20-inch wheels they ordered.
Certain 2021 model-year Chevy Silverado 1500 vehicles equipped with 20-inch Painted Aluminum Wheels (RPO RD4) may have been double-charged for the wheels at the time of the vehicle purchase, according to a GM document that was sent to dealers this week.
Dealers are instructed to provide customers affected by this problem with a reimbursement check to cover the cost of the accidental double charge. Customers who purchased a Silverado LT will receive $1,100 checks, while Silverado RST customers will receive a check for $800.
