SRINAGAR: A bike rider died after he was hit by a tipper in Soibugh area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday morning. Quoting officials, KNO reported that the bike rider identified as Ishfaq Majeed of Paimus Budgam was hit by a tipper in Banpora Soibugh.
