There is one homicide that’s being investigated by the FBI because it occurred on federal property (National Park Service). Anything that you’ve heard otherwise is an internet rumor that grew out of control.
The National Park Service and the FBI are investigating after the remains of Paige Autumn White were found in the Hot Springs National Park near Whittington/Blacksnake Road. According to a press release from the NPS, the investigation is ongoing and there is no indication that this was other than an isolated incident.
