The Bihar government has announced paid holidays for employees of public and private institutions on voting days during the Lok Sabha polls. The voting for the 40 Lok Sabha seats in the state will occur in seven phases between April 19 and June 1, with the bypoll for the Agiaon assembly constituency also scheduled on June 1.
