The auction venue will be at the covered court of the BIR national office along Agham Road, Diliman, Quezon City starting at 9 a.m.
BIR Commissioner Caesar Dulay said the bidding is open to all Filipinos including the delinquent taxpayer who previously owned the seized property.
They included condominium units, residential, industrial and agricultural lots with land area of up to 6,000 square meters.
The minimum bid price ranges from P1.5 million to P17 million with the winning bidder responsible for the ejection of the occupants.

Adam Stoneham, 42, of Summerfield Road, West Wittering, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (174ug/l cocaine) in Bognor Road, Chichester, on May 2, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted driving without insurance and drug-driving (800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Bognor Road, Chichester, on May 2, 2020, no separate penalties.
