The Ohio River Valley Short Film Festival Results By Hannah Morris - Staff Writer | Apr 21, 2021 Sponsor Alex King, Filmmakers Jesse Hutchins and Brian Ceponis, Judges Erica Grimm and Samantha Melvin, and Festival Director Dave Shelton. The very first Ohio River Valley Short Film Festival was a success, with a total of 17 films entered, including films from Pennsylvania, California, and even Australia. Festival Director Dave Shelton gave a special thanks to all of the festival’s sponsors, including Al-Rec LLC, King’s Corner, the Olive Branch, and to the Paden City Library for Hosting.
