Midwest Man Breaks Record for Most Push-ups in a Year 45-year-old Nate Carroll of Winneconne, Wisconsin, broke the Guinness World Record for the most push-ups in a 365-day period on June 6th. He broke the record at Met Life Stadium, home of the Jets and Giants, during halftime of a charity football game between the NYPD and FDNY. Nate Carroll finished with 1,500,911 pushups in a 365-day period. He wanted to finish on a number that had 9/11 in it because he was raising money for first responders.
