Various events are happening this week in and around DeKalb County, including a tree seedling giveaway at Legacy Park to celebrate Arbor Day, an artist market at Waller's Coffee Shop and author talks hosted by the Georgia and Louisiana Centers for the Book as well as Little Shop of Stories.
