Lumina Events Philippines Director Bernard Yabut Maybituin scored victory when he won best special events director award at the Aliw Awards 2020 held at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel recently.
Maybituin won the award when he directed “Mutia ti La Union 2020” which he mounted in collaboration with La Union Governor Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III.
The “Mutia ti La Union 2020” event garnered six Aliw Awards nominations. The event has also won awards for “Best Festival Practices and Performance”, “Best Festival Catalyst/Organizer” for Governor Ortega and “Best Special Events Director” for Maybituin.
