A Mission Valley industrial building and an adjacent retail and office building has been sold for nearly $7.7 million.
The buildings at 4610 and 4620 Alvarado Canyon Road were bought by the Caster Family Trust from Alvarado Canyon, LLC.
The industrial building is about 15,000 square feet and the retail/office building is about 47,000 square feet.
Brent Bohlken of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller.
Tommas Golia, Ken Robak, and Vince Provenzano of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the buyer.
