ORMOND BEACH The Pace Center for Girls Volusia-Flagler an organization that aims to keep girls out of the juvenile justice system has welcomed Sheila Jordan as its new executive director.
Although she has been tapped to lead the organization amid a raging coronavirus pandemic, Jordan remains confident that its girls will continue to meet their personal and academic goals.
“We have not lost touch with any of our students,” Jordan said. “They continue to get their counseling and all of their academic supports and services. My No. 1 priority has been making sure we remain sustainable and we continue to provide 100% of the services that our girls have needed.”
