Our victor o oquendo. The runner up to dancing with the stars was arrested last night in key west for misdemeanor battery. So this is void from the arresting officers body camera. You cant see too much because its very dark, but you can hear carter tell the officer his first name and try to elain what happened. Police say carter and another man Michael Papayans arrived at the hogs breath saloon and were denied service for being too intoxicated. Police say veo from the front street bar shows carter intentionally hitting a bouncer at the bar and papayans allegedly punched the manager. Both were booked into the key west jail. This is carters third arrest following a nightclub incident in 2002 and a doubleigits bust in 2005.
