There are more tax-delinquent properties than people in the Hopewell. That’s according to an announcement by Hopewell Treasurer Shannon Foskey, who says the city hasn’t received its due on at least 23,334 properties.
Councilman Dominic Holloway Sr. was arrested this week, shortly after the resolution of two civil trials that aired allegations Holloway took more than $9,000 illegally.
