The Chairman of the Oyo State Security Network, Amotekun, Gen. Amotekun was launched only a few days ago in Oyo State; what is your assurance to the people on the ability of the outfit to deliver on its mandate?
Amotekun, a security outfit established by the Oyo State Government, is not independent. It is to work with other security agencies to bring stability to Oyo State. People should not look at Amotekun as being independent. We are going to work in synergy with other security agencies in Oyo State to bring stability, security and peace of mind to our state.
