On the heels of a slight loosening of COVID-19 restrictions by the province regarding the fitness industry, three local studios agree more consultation is needed with its sector to ensure consistency for businesses.
On Monday, changes in regulations for indoor fitness were released by the province and included; unsupervised low-intensity individual and group exercises are allowed by appointment-only, three-metres distancing is required between participants, including coaches and trainers, masks must be worn by trainers and all those participating in low-intensity activities at all times, all indoor fitness must be pre-registered with no drop-in allowed.
