Catawba Man Charged With Drug Offenses, Probation Violation Mark Robert Eury Catawba Man Charged With Drug Offenses, Probation Violation May 7, 2021 50-year-old Mark Robert Eury of Oxford School Road in Catawba was arrested Thursday (May 6) on charges filed by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office and Probation & Parole. The Sheriff’s Office charged Eury with felony counts of possession of marijuana and maintain a vehicle, dwelling, or place to keep controlled substance. Eury was charged by Probation & Parole with felony probation violation. He was confined in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $18,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (May 7) and a Superior Court date is next Monday (May 10).
