Ruth Ann Primm, 82, of West Union, WV (Oxford Road Community) departed this life on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Funeral services will be 1pm, Friday, June 4, 2021, at the McCullough Rogers Funeral Home in Pennsboro, WV with Bishop Paul Cantrell officiating. Following the service, a private family graveside will take place in the Cabin Run Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Friday at the funeral home.
