word? yeah, no. i couldn t agree with you more as it relates to mayor pete. he s been through a rough week. and the beauty of it is he didn t shrink from the challenges. he took the moment higher. he recognized what was going on in his own community. but also painted a picture that i think every american could relate to and see themselves in. as it relates to the vice president. i don t know if it s a matter of overstaffing. i don t know if whether it s a level of insecurity. i don t know if it is sort of running not to lose rather than running to win. but something has got to be shifted up here. i don t think anything happened last night that was fatalistic to the campaign. this will be a long process. there will be good and bad days on the trail. he s got to rack up more good days than he does bad. and he s got to run this race to win it and not just to frankly hold steady or think that he can ride above the rest of the fray.
a brick and mortar store even though it wasn t easy to do. that one only comes in that size. there s so many places where someone could go wrong in an environment such as this. overstocking, understocking, overstaffing, understaffing. i think a lot of people don t want the perceived headaches of a brick monday mortar store. it s a lot of work to run a physical location. online we make more money. the store doesn t bring in the kind of high profits the website does, but this isn t a concern because profits alone aren t the only goal. i wanted to interact with the people that loved design. and i wanted to meet them in person. the brick and mortar store also generates credibility, which brings bigger media attention and that brings in bigger revenue. having a brick and mortar store helps the national press feel and trust that we are a legitimate source for design items. the more word of mouth that s out there, the more people that know of the store and the site,
happen here? is it happening elsewhere, probably so? but behind all this, then, has to be a look at what s happening to these controllers who are working these double shifts, triple shifts. and you know, i feel bad for the administrator and the secretary of transportation, they re playing catch-up from a decade of battles with the controller s union and the faa over pay, over pensions, overstaffing. and the hole s a bit deeper than secretary lahood and administrator babbitt might want to admit. we might see that over the next several days. there s a lot more happening. explain that to us a little bit more. explain how a decade of not hiring has led to a shortage of trained coral and give us a sense, how long would it take to get a new controller up to speed at jfk, which is a busy airport, needless to say. after the 1981 vik, a whole wave of controllers came in. the age is 56, they have to retire. the faa didn t accommodate and fail to account for an aggressive hiring of new recruits
