Travel can be chaotic and unpredictable with long delays or missed meals. That’s why a healthy travel snack comes in handy. With a proper snack, you’ll stay energized and be less likely to indulge in the selection of candy and chips and other heavily processed or highly sweetened snacks that are abundant in airports and rest stops. Unlike healthier snacks, these highly processed snacks can sap your energy and leave you hungry right after you polish them off. Whether you’re hitting the road or heading out by plane, stocking up on nutritious snacks will keep you full and fueled until your next meal.

Walkers family brands supported by in-store campaign Print
11th February 2021
Walkers is running a 2020-Yum campaign for its family snacks portfolio, in a move designed to “drive additional savoury snack sales for retailers at the start of 2021”.
The campaign is running until 28 February and is supporting Walkers’ Sunbites, Snack-a-Jacks, Oven Baked, Wotsits, French Fries, and Squares brands with a range of in-store display materials.
Isobel Dracup, brand manager for Walkers, said: “We know the number one reason for people buying savoury snacks is enjoyment and that taste-based campaigns always connect well with shoppers.
“In the first few months of the year, shoppers tend to look for tasty options that are available in 100kcal or less.
