When COVID-19 lockdowns disrupted the restaurant industry, Connor Scalleat and Natalie Lynn quickly adapted and made changes to serve customers safely. Scalleat and Lynn, who own The Canning House restaurant at 900 Rutter Ave. in Forty Fort, came up with creative ways to survive amid the chaos.
