The task of the government is to reinforce the positive trends in the economy in 2023, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said during a meeting with deputies of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic.
"When working on the 2022 budget bill, we moved away from the variability of scenarios and chose the scenario of economic development, the GDP growth as a basis," said Roman Golovchenko.
“Belarus preserves a stable and manageable situation on its labor market. In January-October 2022, the number of people employed in the country's economy remained almost at last year's level – 4,220,000 people. The total unemployment rate is less than 4%,” said Roman Golovchenko.
