Vuzix Next Generation Smart Glasses Captures 3 CES 2021 Innovation Awards for Outstanding Design and Engineering
NGSG has received CES 2021 awards in three categories: Computer Peripherals & Accessories, Portable Media Players & Accessories and Wearable Technologies. The CES Innovation Awards is an annual competition honoring outstanding design and engineering in consumer technology products.

Contestants were asked to come up with a new concept for the NTorq 125.
Over 400 students from various design institutes in India participated in it.
The winner of the competition received a cash prize of Rs. 30,000.
30 media professionals from across the country were also part of the competition.
The second instalment of TVS’ Call of Design has finally come to a close. Of the 400-odd students that participated in the contest, Aayush Bijalwan from School of Design, UPES (Dehradun), managed to clinch first place with a grand prize of Rs 30,000 and a brand new NTorq 125. Abishek Chellapandiyan from Strate School of Design (Bengaluru) stood as the first runner-up followed by Arsh Riyaz Maknojia from MIT Institute of Design (Pune) in third place.

ACHE facility wins national building design award
The Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE) announced that its newest medical education facility, the College of Health Sciences, has received the prestigious Outstanding Design-Post Secondary award from the American School & University magazine.
The 66,000-square-foot facility serves as the home to the most recent developing programs at ACHE, the School of Physical Therapy, the School of Occupational Therapy, and the Physician Assistant Studies. The nomination and award were given to the construction contractor, Beshears Construction. The building was designed by Risley Architects.
The three-story building provides instructional labs, a physical/occupational clinic, student study areas, built-in lockers, and faculty and staff offices. Kyle D.
