The Boy Tells Police be raja approached him on january 27th as he was walking on 98th avenue in east oakland around 3 00 in the afternoon. That is when the boy said baraha lured him to a nearby area and assaulted him. A volunteer cub scout metic is facing pornography charges. 45yearold james braeasily was arrested last week.
