Brianna Fraser (played by Sophie Skelton) hasn’t had the easiest time in Outlander. After spending her childhood believing Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies) was her father, Claire Fraser (Caitriona Balfe) revealed she was actually the child of 18th Century highlander Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan). Since then, she has learned she can travel back in time, was sexually assaulted by Stephen Bonnet (Ed Speelers) and almost lost husband Roger (Richard Rankin). The drama is only just beginning for Brianna as the Revolutionary War, which is fast approaching, is sure to cause more disruption.

Warning: The following article contains potential spoilers for Outlander season six.
The sixth season of the Starz series could be set to follow the events of Diana Gabaldon’s novels An Echo in the Bone and Written In My Heart’s Own Blood. Season five drew upon events which took place in A Breath of Snow and Ashes including Stephen Bonnet’s (played by Ed Speelers) death and Claire Fraser’s (Caitriona Balfe) kidnap and it seems likely the next series could do the same as it mixes up storylines.

However, when they passed through the stones, hoping to land in Craigh Na Dun, they ended up back in 18th Century America. It was clear the family were destined to stay on Fraser’s Ridge as this was where they truly felt at home.
