The Arvada City Council voted this month to approve an entertainment district application for Olde Town Arvada. It would allow businesses that are in areas closed off to vehicle traffic to apply for a common consumption area, which then allows customers to drink and roam.
Denver has updated its zoning code to make it easier for businesses ranging from bars and restaurants to salons and tattoo parlors to set up outdoor patios.
