APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - A person showing an 'edged weapon' and threatening people while on a bike near Richmond and Franklin Streets in Appleton on Saturday evening was taken into custody. According to the Appleton Police Department, the incident began shortly before 5 p.m. on February 3. Roughly 10
