there is a lot of misunderstanding. and there are a lot of concerns on part of people who already have insurance. one of the realities is, as you know, under our medicare system, there is private insurance. many most, if not all, medicare recipients have or need some kind of additional insurance to pay for the costs that are not covered by medicare. so, there are all these aspects of it. so, part of it is a broad debate, kind of what s the best way. one of the things i think the candidates have heard on the campaign trail is, beyond the question of what kind of system do we have, the question is what does it cost? right. how much does it cost? and people s concerned about rising costs. that s another issue that has to be dealt with. again, it s a little bit about the climate change debate, right? there s a question of what things cost, but there isn t a really good actuarial or actual calculation of the cost or cost of current system. would it be easier for people to
