Luke Letlow, Ouachita Christian High in Monroe, 1998. Baton Rouge radio personality Michelle Southern graduated from Ouachita Christian School in Monroe with Luke Letlow in 1998. Southern said Letlow’s passing shocked former classmates. “We just remember Luke being nice to everyone, and he was. There was like nothing snobby or elitist about him, he was always smiling. When you talked to him you could tell he was genuinely interested in talking to you,” said Southern. Southern says Letlow was an excellent debater and made quite an impression in high school on her and the other 51 people in their close-knit graduating class.
