The Anap Foundation COVID-19 Think Tank has raised the alarm over the new wave of COVID-19 infections, and called on both the federal and state governments to come up with smart crisis management plans to address the spread of the virus. In a statement jointly signed by its chairman and vice chairman, Atedo Peterside, and Abubakar Siddique Mohammed, respectively, the foundation warned against shutting down small businesses.
