Michigan reported 3,676 new coronavirus cases and 105 deaths Tuesday, April 27. Of the 105 deaths reported Tuesday, 48 occurred prior to the last 24 hours and were found during a vital records review. These reviews take place three times per week. The state is averaging 4,341 new COVID-19 cases per day and 63 new deaths per day over the last week. This is the lowest seven-day average since March 27, when the weekly average was 3,965 cases per day. This is the ninth reported day of day-over-day decline for cases.
