more breaking news this hour. house democrats now say they have enough evidence to move on to impeaching president trump. let s go to senior congressional correspondent manu raju on capitol hill. what are you learning? democrats are telling me they re moving closer to impeaching the president. it is almost certain the vote will happen this year, happen potentially before christmas. democrats have made the decision that they are not going to go to court to pursue some of the witnesses who they have not had a chance to talk to, but who could potentially shed more light about the ukraine scandal and the effort by the president to push ukrainian government to issue open investigations that could help him politically use his office to do just that. some of those witnesses including mick mulvaney, acting white house chief of staff and secretary of state mike pompeo, former national security adviser john bolton all resisted calls to testify. democrats say they have no april ti appetite to p
